7-Day Depression Workshop Journal

This thoughtfully designed journal is a supportive companion to your journey during the 7-day depression workshop. It’s tailored to help you reflect, process, and grow through each day’s sessions and activities.

The journal is more than just a notebook; it’s a safe space to process your feelings, celebrate small victories, and find clarity on your journey toward mental well-being.

Mind-Body Connecting Activities

These activities are designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies and foster a sense of mindfulness, presence, and emotional grounding. Through practices like guided meditation, gentle movement exercises (such as yoga stretches and qigong), and breathwork, participants will learn techniques to calm the mind and reduce physical tension. These activities serve as a foundation for understanding how the mind and body work together, promoting greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Worksheets

The first worksheet is to allow you to identify your depression cycle and find the areas where you get stuck.

The second worksheet is designed to put it all together. Take all of the information from the 7 days and allow a reversed depression cycle to emerge (a cycle that activates you).

  • This workshop creates a safe space for you to explore your depression and bring up insights about it. With these insights you can gain new understanding and perspectives which can lead to an overall decrease in your depressive symptoms.

  • While this workshop is not intended to replace therapy or medication, it can be valuable when used in conjunction with therapy and medications.

  • For optimal results a commitment of 45-minutes to one hour of commitment is recommended for each workshop day.

  • The workshop is pre-recorded.

  • Yes! We recommend you honor where you are on your healing journey and take this workshop at your own pace.
